Shipping policy

Eternally Rooted offers standard shipping options to only domestic orders at this time. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow tracking numbers at least 24 hours to update.

Please keep in mind that orders requires at least 7 business days of processing time before a shipping label is printed and your order is dropped at USPS or UPS.

Also note that the shipping time estimate displayed at checkout does not include this processing time, and is an estimate, meaning it is not guaranteed. We ship with USPS and UPS depending on the shipping method selected at checkout. Once the package is handed over to shipping carriers, shipping times are now in their hands, so please account for that extra shipping time.

Eternally Rooted cannot guarantee delivery times if there is a delay that is the result of unforeseen and uncontrollable circumstances, such as a typo or issue with the shipping address you’ve submitted, poor weather conditions, backlogs at the post office, etc.

Free shipping is available for U.S. orders over $100!

Eternally Rooted is NOT responsible for any delayed, lost, stolen, opened, or damaged packages. Once the packaged is dropped off with USPS or UPS, matters are unfortunately out of our hands.
